The idea for Ōkami was born in Japan.
During my travel, I experienced omakase not as a meal, but as a ritual — a quiet dialogue between chef, ingredient, and guest. Each visit revealed the same essence: trust, presence, and respect for the moment.
Returning to Greece, I didn’t want to recreate an omakase restaurant. At least for now.
I wanted to bring the experience closer — into the guest’s own space.
Ōkami was created as a private, in-home omakase journey. From the moment a request is made, our team begins sourcing the finest seasonal ingredients, selecting each element with intention. Everything is then carried directly to the guest’s table, where preparation and dining unfold as one.
No distance. No stage.
Only the chef, the ingredients, and the guest — sharing the same table.
